Premier Service of Process
You’re busy. Let Tar Heel Legal Services take one thing off your plate. We have reliable process servers ready to deliver your summons, subpoena, or other important court documents. Each booking includes up to three individual attempts, printing up to 25 pages, and signed and notarized proof of service / affidavit. Need it done yesterday? We also offer Rush and Same Day service.
Please note, we are generally unable to serve out of state papers, and NC 50B and 50C Protective Orders.
Premier Notary Services
At Tar Heel Legal Services, we offer on site and mobile notary services in the Central North Carolina area with our mobile services option for an additional fee. When it comes to notarizing your business and personal documents, Tar Heel Legal Services can get the job done. The fee for a notarial act is $10.00 per notarized signature, as mandated by the NC Secretary of State. A Mobile notary fee of $0.70 per mile is charged for travel roundtrip from our office in Durham to your location.
Premier Fingerprinting Services
Starting a new job and need fingerprints taken? Pre-employment Background Check • ATF FD-258 • Department of State • FBI Background Check • FINRA • FDLE/AHCA – B. We offer ink-less live-scan print to card and traditional ink services. We also offer office or mobile service, which means that we can come to you at a public place in order to fulfill your fingerprinting needs. Our on-demand mobile services are comprehensive and serve multiple businesses and professionals in and around the area.
